1๏ธโƒฃ Tariff & Financial Policies ๐Ÿ’ฐ
  • Room Rates: Rates are for accommodation only. ๐Ÿ›Œ

  • No Restaurant: There is no on-site restaurant; meals are not included. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธโŒ

  • Extra Person: Charge of โ‚น350 per person. ๐Ÿ‘ค

  • Geyser (Hot Water): Extra chargeable unless specified in your booking voucher. โ™จ๏ธ๐Ÿšฟ

  • Payment: 100% advance payment required at check-in. ๐Ÿ’ต

  • Modes: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards. โŒ No personal cheques.

  • Promos: Codes are valid for online bookings only; not for offline/spot bookings. ๐ŸŽซ

  • Taxes: All taxes paid are non-refundable. ๐Ÿงพ

  • ๐Ÿ’ณ Payment Security & Verification (Card & UPI) ๐Ÿ“ฒ

    To ensure a secure transaction and prevent fraudulent bookings, we follow a strict Identity-to-Payment match policy:

    • The Name Must Match: The name registered on the Credit/Debit Card or the UPI Profile (display name in apps like GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm) used for payment must match the name on the Government ID of a guest physically present and staying in the room.

    • Authorized Payers: * โœ… Primary Guest: The person whose name is on the booking.

      • โœ… Accompanying Guest: A family member or friend staying in the same room.

    • Third-Party Restrictions:

      • โŒ No Remote Payments: You cannot have a friend or relative who is not at the hotel send a UPI payment or provide their card details over the phone.

      • โŒ Unknown Persons: Payments from accounts belonging to individuals not registered at our reception will be rejected.

    • Why this exists: This policy prevents "Chargebacks" and unauthorized use of someone else's banking details. It ensures that the person paying is the person staying.

    • The Reason: This protects both the hotel and the actual cardholder from unauthorized charges. If a third-party payment is detected from an "unknown person," the transaction will be rejected, and you will be asked to pay using a verified method.

2๏ธโƒฃ Identity & Eligibility ๐Ÿชช
  • Mandatory ID: Every guest must present valid government-issued ID:

    • Indian Citizens: Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport. (โŒ PAN Card is NOT accepted).

    • Foreign Nationals: Original Passport & Visa. ๐Ÿ›‚

  • Local IDs: Local ID cards are strictly not accepted. ๐Ÿšซ

  • Solo Travelers: Solo Indian travelers are NOT allowed. Only solo foreign nationals may stay. ๐ŸŒ

  • Couples: Unmarried couples under 21 years of age are not permitted. ๐Ÿ‘ซ

  • Check-in Discretion: If eligibility is not met, check-in will be denied without refund. ๐Ÿ›‘

3๏ธโƒฃ Check-In & Check-Out (Strict Timings) โฐ
  • Check-in Window: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. ๐Ÿ•™

  • โš ๏ธ The 10 PM Rule: Check-in after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited under any circumstances (including train/flight delays). ๐Ÿš‚โœˆ๏ธ

  • Example: If your train is delayed past 10 PM, unfortunately, check-in will not be possible. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

  • Early Check-in Fees:

    • Before 6:00 AM โ†’ ๐Ÿ’ต 100% of previous dayโ€™s rate.

    • 6:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 AM โ†’ ๐Ÿ’ต 50โ€“100% of previous dayโ€™s rate.

    • 9:00 AM โ€“ 10:00 AM โ†’ โœ… Complimentary.

  • Check-out Time: 9:00 AM. ๐Ÿ•˜

  • Late Check-out Fees:

    • 9:00 AM โ€“ 9:30 AM โ†’ โœ… Complimentary.

    • 10:00 AM โ€“ 12:00 PM โ†’ ๐Ÿ’ต 50โ€“100% of next dayโ€™s rate.

    • After 1:00 PM โ†’ ๐Ÿ’ต 100% of next dayโ€™s rate.

  • Note: Extension rates may differ from your original booking rate.

4๏ธโƒฃ Room Facilities & Power โšก
  • Room Service: Currently suspended. ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿงผ

  • Generator Backup: Available 24ร—7.

    • โš ๏ธ Important: AC and Geyser will NOT work on generator. โŒโ„๏ธ

    • Voltage: Mayapur often has voltage fluctuations. AC performance may be affected; no refunds will be given for this. โšก

  • Damages: Guests are liable for any damage to furniture, property, or fixtures. ๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ๐Ÿ”จ

5๏ธโƒฃ Entry, Security & Conduct ๐Ÿ”’
  • ๐Ÿ•™ Reception Closing & Opening Time:

  • The reception desk strictly closes at 10:00 PM and re-opens at 8:00 AM.

  • All check-ins, check-outs, and administrative inquiries must be completed before 10:00 PM.

  • ๐Ÿšซ Check-in after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited.

  • ๐ŸŒ™ No Service Period (10:00 PM โ€“ 8:00 AM)

    ๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ General Services:

  • There will be no services provided after 10:00 PM. This includes housekeeping, room service, and the provision of linen.

    ๐Ÿ”ง Technical & Facility Support:

  • Staff will not attend to any issues regarding AC operation, geyser operation, or electrical/plumbing matters after 10:00 PM.

    ๐Ÿ“Œ Guest Responsibility:

  • Guests are kindly requested to ensure their AC and geyser are functioning properly and that they have all necessary linen before the 10:00 PM cutoff time.

    ๐Ÿ‘ฎ Night Caretaker Role:

  • Our Night Caretaker remains present on the premises to oversee the property during night hours.

  • โš ๏ธ It is not the caretakerโ€™s responsibility to provide guest services, handle check-ins, or resolve room-related technical issues.

    ๐Ÿš‘ Medical Emergencies Only:
    The caretaker is authorized to be disturbed only in the event of a genuine medical emergency. We sincerely request all guests to cooperate and respect his rest hours.

  • Curfew: Main gate closes at 10:00 PM and reopens at 6:00 AM. Entry/exit is restricted during this time. ๐Ÿšง

  • Visitors: Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Exceptional entry requires ID, Front Desk approval, and a log entry. ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ

  • Commercial Use: Using hotel photos/videos for commercial purposes is prohibited without permission. ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿšซ

  • Residential Zone: Please maintain strict silence, especially at night. ๐Ÿคซ๐Ÿ™

  • Prohibited: Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs, Prostitution, Gambling, Contraband, or Pets. ๐Ÿšญ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿบ

6๏ธโƒฃ Cancellations, Refunds & Extras ๐Ÿ“ฉ
  • EP Rates: Non-refundable and cannot be modified. โŒ๐Ÿ’ธ

  • No-Show: No refund if the guest does not arrive.

  • Mid-Stay Cancellation: No refund if you shorten your stay after check-in.

  • Travel Disruptions: Charges apply regardless of transport delays (Train/Flight/Bus). ๐ŸšŒ

  • Refund Timeline: Processed in 4 working days; takes 3โ€“14 business days to reflect.

  • Car Rental: All car bookings (pick-up/drop) are non-refundable. ๐Ÿš—

  • Parking: Paid parking is available outside the premises (Third-party, not managed by us). ๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ

  • Luggage: Storage available (at guest's risk) for up to 10 hours. ๐ŸŽ’
