1οΈβ£ Tariff & Financial Policies π°
Room Rates: Rates are for accommodation only. π
No Restaurant: There is no on-site restaurant; meals are not included. π½οΈβ
Extra Person: Charge of βΉ350 per person. π€
Geyser (Hot Water): Extra chargeable unless specified in your booking voucher. β¨οΈπΏ
Payment: 100% advance payment required at check-in. π΅
Modes: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards. β No personal cheques.
Promos: Codes are valid for online bookings only; not for offline/spot bookings. π«
Taxes: All taxes paid are non-refundable. π§Ύ
π³ Payment Security & Verification (Card & UPI) π²
To ensure a secure transaction and prevent fraudulent bookings, we follow a strict Identity-to-Payment match policy:
The Name Must Match: The name registered on the Credit/Debit Card or the UPI Profile (display name in apps like GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm) used for payment must match the name on the Government ID of a guest physically present and staying in the room.
Authorized Payers: * β Primary Guest: The person whose name is on the booking.
β Accompanying Guest: A family member or friend staying in the same room.
Third-Party Restrictions:
β No Remote Payments: You cannot have a friend or relative who is not at the hotel send a UPI payment or provide their card details over the phone.
β Unknown Persons: Payments from accounts belonging to individuals not registered at our reception will be rejected.
Why this exists: This policy prevents "Chargebacks" and unauthorized use of someone else's banking details. It ensures that the person paying is the person staying.
The Reason: This protects both the hotel and the actual cardholder from unauthorized charges. If a third-party payment is detected from an "unknown person," the transaction will be rejected, and you will be asked to pay using a verified method.
2οΈβ£ Identity & Eligibility πͺͺ
Mandatory ID: Every guest must present valid government-issued ID:
Indian Citizens: Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport. (β PAN Card is NOT accepted).
Foreign Nationals: Original Passport & Visa. π
Local IDs: Local ID cards are strictly not accepted. π«
Solo Travelers: Solo Indian travelers are NOT allowed. Only solo foreign nationals may stay. π
Couples: Unmarried couples under 21 years of age are not permitted. π«
Check-in Discretion: If eligibility is not met, check-in will be denied without refund. π
3οΈβ£ Check-In & Check-Out (Strict Timings) β°
Check-in Window: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. π
β οΈ The 10 PM Rule: Check-in after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited under any circumstances (including train/flight delays). πβοΈ
Example: If your train is delayed past 10 PM, unfortunately, check-in will not be possible. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
Early Check-in Fees:
Before 6:00 AM β π΅ 100% of previous dayβs rate.
6:00 AM β 8:00 AM β π΅ 50β100% of previous dayβs rate.
9:00 AM β 10:00 AM β β Complimentary.
Check-out Time: 9:00 AM. π
Late Check-out Fees:
9:00 AM β 9:30 AM β β Complimentary.
10:00 AM β 12:00 PM β π΅ 50β100% of next dayβs rate.
After 1:00 PM β π΅ 100% of next dayβs rate.
Note: Extension rates may differ from your original booking rate.
4οΈβ£ Room Facilities & Power β‘
Room Service: Currently suspended. π«π§Ό
Generator Backup: Available 24Γ7.
β οΈ Important: AC and Geyser will NOT work on generator. ββοΈ
Voltage: Mayapur often has voltage fluctuations. AC performance may be affected; no refunds will be given for this. β‘
Damages: Guests are liable for any damage to furniture, property, or fixtures. ποΈπ¨
5οΈβ£ Entry, Security & Conduct π
Curfew: Main gate closes at 10:00 PM and reopens at 6:00 AM. Entry/exit is restricted during this time. π§
Visitors: Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Exceptional entry requires ID, Front Desk approval, and a log entry. π ββοΈ
Commercial Use: Using hotel photos/videos for commercial purposes is prohibited without permission. πΈπ«
Residential Zone: Please maintain strict silence, especially at night. π€«π
Prohibited: Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs, Prostitution, Gambling, Contraband, or Pets. ππ«πΎπΊ
6οΈβ£ Cancellations, Refunds & Extras π©
EP Rates: Non-refundable and cannot be modified. βπΈ
No-Show: No refund if the guest does not arrive.
Mid-Stay Cancellation: No refund if you shorten your stay after check-in.
Travel Disruptions: Charges apply regardless of transport delays (Train/Flight/Bus). π
Refund Timeline: Processed in 4 working days; takes 3β14 business days to reflect.
Car Rental: All car bookings (pick-up/drop) are non-refundable. π
Parking: Paid parking is available outside the premises (Third-party, not managed by us). π ΏοΈ
Luggage: Storage available (at guest's risk) for up to 10 hours. π
